ListsFeed.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond promptly to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

If you believe that material available on or through ListsFeed.com infringes upon your copyright, please submit a written DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:


1. Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a copyright infringement notification, your notice must include:

  1. Your contact information:
    • Full legal name
    • Mailing address
    • Telephone number
    • Email address
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may submit a representative list.
  3. Identification of the infringing material and its location on ListsFeed.com (provide the exact URL).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. How to Submit a Notice

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material as required by law.


3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  1. Your contact information (full legal name, address, phone number, email).
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its original location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or if outside the US, to an appropriate judicial body.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content.


4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, ListsFeed.com may terminate user access for repeat infringers at our sole discretion.
